Police in Chicopee reported a 3:15 a.m. call about a man lying in the street. After getting the man to the hospital, they received a call about a vehicle with damage driving around another part of the town. The driver allegedly confessed to driving while intoxicated on alcohol and marijuana. Police arrested him for both driving under the influence and leaving the scene of a crash.
