Attorney Chris S. Dodig was recently named the President of the Berkshire County Bar Association, a nonprofit corporation made up of legal professionals throughout Berkshire County. The Berkshire Bar Association is dedicated to ensuring a high standard of professionalism within the legal field. The association seeks to ensure the effective and efficient administration of justice and serves the public interest by increasing access to the judicial system for all. Attorney Dodig will serve a two year term as President.
Attorney Dodig is a trial attorney who focuses on handling serious injury cases, including medical malpractice cases, throughout Massachusetts, southern Vermont, and upstate New York. In 2012, he negotiated an $8 million settlement in a Springfield, Massachusetts medical malpractice case and also won a $7.9 million verdict on behalf of a Bennington, Vermont family in a medical malpractice case that was tried in Federal Court in Syracuse, NY.
