| Q. |
How do I pay Donovan & O'Connor, LLP for representing me in personal injury cases? |
| A |
We charge a contingent fee in almost every personal injury case we accept (including car accidents, medical malpractice and other serious injury cases). This means you don't pay any attorneys fee unless and until you make a recovery in the case. It also means you can afford to have the best representation available. In most cases the fee is 1/3 of the amount recovered.

| Q. |
If I'm involved in a motor vehicle collision, who pays my medical bills and my lost wages? |
| A |
The insurance company that insures the motor vehicle you were occupying at the time of the collision (sometimes called the PIP carrier) will provide you with Personal Injury Protection ("PIP") benefits that includes medical expenses and lost wages up to a specific amount. If applicable, subsequent medical bills are submitted to your medical insurance company. Donovan and O'Connor coordinates with all involved insurance companies to ensure that the maximum amount of PIP benefits are paid on behalf of our clients.
